The delivery of the products offered by HAPPYLOU (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") on the website www.Happylou.art is subject to the prior purchase of these Products, in accordance with the requirements stipulated in these general sales conditions, which expressly regulate the relationship between Happylou SaS. and third parties who purchase products from the store (hereinafter the "Customer").

Happylou SaS informs you that the steps required to purchase goods are those described in these general terms, as well as others indicated on-screen while browsing. As a Customer, you declare that you understand and accept these steps as necessary for accessing the Products and Services offered on the Site.

Happylou headquartered at 12 rue anselme, saint ouen France Trade Registry under Volume 33192, owns the website www.Happylou.art (hereinafter "Happylou.art" or the "Website"), which provides customers with information about HAPPYLOU's products and promotions, and enables the purchase of those products online.

Scope and Purpose

These terms govern the online purchase of Products on Happylou.art and all related responsibilities.

Following all the steps required for purchasing the Products, including the corresponding request, implies full and unconditional acceptance of the general terms of sale and the Privacy Policy published on the Site at the time of purchase.

Purchasing Process

To purchase any of the Products on Happylou.art, the Customer must first read these general terms and conditions carefully.

Product descriptions, characteristics, and pricing are clearly displayed. Shipping costs, if applicable, are also shown at checkout.

Customers must:

1. Select and customize their product.
2. Review all details (product specs, taxes, shipping fees).
3. Add items to the cart and fill in all required fields (*) in the order form.

To purchase Products, customers must be at least 18 years old or have express authorization from the holder of the payment method used. By purchasing, minors declare they have this authorization.

Acceptance of the terms is required to proceed. Confirmation of the order is only valid when HAPPYLOU sends a confirmation email to the address provided by the Customer.

Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or any other method indicated.

For card payments, Customers must enter:

• Card number
• Expiry date
• CVV (3-digit security code)

HAPPYLOU uses secure electronic payment services through Stripe.

Refund and Return Policy

Each HAPPYLOU book is a full-color, hardcover personalized storybook (20x20 cm, 0.495 kg). The Customer selects the name, upload his picture and generate a personalized book.

After generating the book, Customers receive a preview for approval.

HAPPYLOU products come with a 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects (e.g., printing or binding errors, missing pages). If such issues are found, the Customer must provide visual evidence. Verified issues will be resolved by sending a replacement at no cost to the Customer.

Warranty does not apply to:

• Damage not caused by manufacturing (e.g., water, fire, misuse)
• Wear and tear
• Binding damage caused by improper use

Right of withdrawal does not apply, as the Products are customized and made to order.

Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address specified in the order. Delivery is by first-class mail unless otherwise agreed.

Customers must check the product upon receipt. Signing the delivery receipt confirms acceptance of the item in good condition. Suspected defects or damage must be described in writing at the time of delivery.

HAPPYLOU reserves the right to split orders into multiple shipments.

HAPPYLOU's Obligations

HAPPYLOU agrees to:

• Provide complete and accurate product info
• Send an order confirmation to the Customer's email
• Deliver the purchased product to the specified address
• Cover return shipping for defective items
• Replace defective items at no extra cost
• Act professionally and diligently in fulfilling orders

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for:

• Any actions violating these terms, laws, or public order
• Misuse of the Website or Products
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Any damages resulting from improper disclosure of personal access data

Inbound Links

If a third party wants to link to Happylou.art, the following must be respected:

• Only the homepage can be linked unless authorized
• No false claims of partnership or endorsement
• No reproduction of content or use of HAPPYLOU's branding without permission
• No links from inappropriate or illegal websites

Duration and Modification

These terms remain in effect as long as they are published. HAPPYLOU reserves the right to update them and must communicate any changes.
